MEALS AND SNACKS

A ll our rates include breakfast and an afternoon snack for your child at no extra charge. We also serve hot lunch to all the children until they begin first grade. Children attending first grade and up must bring their own lunch to child care when they do not have lunch In school. Your child must be present at the times the meals are being served; we will not hold meals for any child.

Our meal schedule is as follows:

Breakfast   8:00 a.m. to 8:45 a.m.
Lunch        11:45 a.m. to 12:45 p.m.
Snack        3:00 p.m. to 3:20 p.m.

We must ask that your child not bring any food or snacks to child care (with the exception~Y the children who must bring their own lunch). Exceptions will be made only for food allergies or medical conditions which are documented with a doctor’s note, We participate in the Archdiocese of Philadelphia Food Program and serve fully balanced, nutritious meals.

Because our hot lunches are prepared on the premises every day, it is very important that you bring your child into child care no later than 9:30 in the morning in order for us to have an accurate count for the number of lunches to be prepared for that day. Therefore, if your child will be late coming to child care (after 9:30 a.m.) for any reason, we must hear from you by that time if your child is to have a lunch prepared that
If you do not call us, your child will be considered absent for the day and no hot lunch will be prepared for him/her.
