PAYMENT POLICIES
We require a deposit of one week’s rate, payable at the time of enrollment. This deposit is refundable upon two weeks’ notice of the child’s withdrawal from our care.
There will be a $15.00 sibling discount for a second child, and a $10.00 sibling discount for each additional child.
Child Care payments are due every Monday morning, in advance of the week. If you will be making more than one week’s payment at a time, this must be paid in advance of the.week's for which you are paying.
We reserve the right to terminate enrollment after two weeks’ delinquency in payment of fees.
There will be an additional $10.00 late charge due for any payment not made on Monday morning, or the first day of the week that the child comes to child care.
We accept payments by check or money order only - NO CASH Payments are expected when you drop your child off on Monday morning; just drop your payment in the “payment box” located near the door.
The full amount of the weekly rate is payable every week, whether your child is here or not. There is no discount for holidays, emergency closings, or days absent. The only discount available is for a child’s absence due to illness of more than two days. This discount will apply only to the full-time rates of $105.00 or $110.00;
there will be no discount for illness on the part-time school age rate.
SICK DAYS
In the event of your child’s absence due to illness, our discounted rates will be as follows:
If you are paying $110.00 per week:
1 day's absence --- no discount
2 day's absence --- no discount
3 day's absence --- $75.00 for the week
4 day's absence --- $65.00 for the week
5 day's absence --- $55.00 for the week
If you are paying $105.00 per week
1 day's absence --- no discount
2 day's absence --- no discount
3 day's absence --- $70.00 for the week
4 day's absence --- $60.00 for the week
5 day's absence --- $50.00 for the week
For absences of more than two days due to illness, a doctor’s note is required to qualify for the discounted rate; otherwise the full weekly rate remains in effect.
While we understand that children can sometimes become sick during the day here at child care, we must insist that you do not bring in a sick child and ask us to care for him/her.
If a child is too sick to attend school, the child is also cnsidered too sick to attend child care. We cannot permit into child care any child who should normally be in school at that time.
We cannot give prescription medication to children without Written authorization from the parent.
